Amazing, did exactly what I asked for.We live in Belfast and ordered a bunch of flowers online for our aunt who lost her husband recently, they were gorgeous. One gripe, I think the service would be much improved if Retailer could tell local customers, 5 minutes away, weather delivery will be AM or PM rather than waiting in all fday. Disappointing that they did not read my e- mail saying we had to go out suddenly and would not be in between 2.30 and 4.30 Of course they tried to deliver at 3.30!!! Spoilt the surprise for my wife! 30

The team at Flowers by Beatrice were very helpful and lovely to deal with. Sadly I was asking for flowers to be delivered for a funeral memorial service I wasn’t attending. I’m not giving 5 stars as didn’t see the flowers. Maybe a picture of the actual arrangement by email may be nice in circumstances such as these as I couldn’t ask the family if they were happy with the flowers. That said I would definitely order with them again as service was great.

The entire process from ordering on the website to delivery was flawless and the flowers extremely beautiful and just as I expected from the images on the website. The note on the card was also handwritten beautifully.
